PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote automatic maintenance system having improved efficiency of business processing in reception of repair request communication, execution of repair, charging of a repair cost, recovery thereof or the like. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a monitoring/communication device 2 installed on equipment to be monitored 1, and having the function for monitoring the state of the equipment 1 and transmitting information of failure generation when the failure is generated in the equipment 1, and a monitoring computer 4 for transmitting the information of the failure generation and inquiry whether repair of the failure is requested or not, to a computer 3 of an owner owning the equipment 1, when receiving the information of the failure generation from the monitoring/communication device 2, transmitting instruction of execution of repair to a person in charge of repair, when receiving the request of repair of the failure from the owner's computer 3, and transmitting information of repair completion and charging of the repair cost to the owner's computer 3 after repair completion. |
