PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of executing control of a sales promotion article and printing of the sales promotion article without spending much labor or cost. SOLUTION: This server 1 has a memory means 14 for memorizing identification information of an applicant applying using permission of an image and using permission qualification of the image associated with the identification information of the applicant, a retrieval means 16 for retrieving and acquiring the using permission qualification of the image corresponding to the identification information of the applicant from the memory means 14 in response to the using permission application of the image from a client terminal 2, a means for transmitting the using permission application of the image to a client terminal 3 when the acquired using permission qualification of the image indicates permission of use, and a means for transmitting information to the effect that use of the image is permitted, to the client terminal 2 in response to use permission information for permitting use of the image from the client terminal 3. |
