PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution advertising system on the Internet, enabling the selection of a distribution advertisement that can distribute the advertisement reflecting an advertising field which an information sending user desires to carry out and an advertising field which the information sending user does not desire to carry out, and acquire compensation for distributing the advertisement. SOLUTION: This system has an advertisement selecting means, capable of selecting the advertisement reflecting the user's intention from the information field which the information sending user wants to carry it out or does not wish to carry it out; an advertisement information means allowing an advertisement information sending operator to freely control advertisement information contents; a sending-browsing number counting means for counting the number of sending of the advertisement information means and the number of browsing of an addressee who has browsed the number of browsing the contents of the advertisement information means, and an advertisement-carrying charge computing means for computing an advertisement carrying charge paid to the information sending user as well as an advertisement carrying charge asked to an advertiser, from the number of sending of the advertisement and the number of browsing of the addressee.
