PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide diverse purchase methods by utilizing an Internet terminal and multi-media terminals for reservation purchase. SOLUTION: A lottery buyer gains access to an Internet server system 51 on a lottery reservation purchase screen with an Internet terminal 10. The lottery buyer inputs the lottery reservation information and buyer information and transmits them as a purchase reservation request. A reservation purchase system 53 stores the reservation information and buyer information in a database system 55 and transmits purchase reservation response. A purchase request system 54 periodically retrieves the database system 55, extracts the reservation information satisfying the purchase conditions set by the buyer, and transmits a lottery purchase request to a lottery-handling agency/seller 60. The lottery-handling agency/seller 60 performs sales service, including lottery ticket delivery or the like. A sale result is returned to the purchase request system 54 as the lottery purchase response.
