SOLUTION: An amount finally obtained according to the contents of income, expenditure, and loss about the real estate is calculated with probability producing the income, the expenditure, and the loss, and then, the amount is represented in the form of a probability distribution. In this way, the income, the expenditure, and the loss can be handled in a uniformed manner. By this uniform handling and evaluation, various risks about the real estate can be clearly presented, and a real estate purchaser in real estate trade and an investor in real estate securitization can previously recognize the risk clearly, and this is useful for its decision making. |
