<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information collecting and display service for providing maintenance information based on vehicle information in a gas station automatic payment system for automatically paying an oil filling rate between an on-vehicle device/a road-side device by use of a communication means by DSRC. SOLUTION: In the on-vehicle device, various pieces of information related to maintenance are collected from an ECU or another vehicle sensor loaded on a vehicle, and supplied to the road-side device by the communication means by DSRC, whereby the emergency of maintenance is judged, and advise information related to maintenance is formed and displayed on an information display board arranged in the front of the vehicle, so that a user and a maintenance service provider can jointly possess the information.</p> |
