PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical master disk manufacturing apparatus which is capable of forming pits which make it possible to obtain regenerative signals having decreased jitters and good symmetry by controlling a laser beam in such a manner that a stable light quantity is supplied to resist. SOLUTION: The optical master disk manufacturing apparatus which irradiates the surface of a photosensitive film with an pulse-like laser beam in accordance with recording pulse trains is equipped with a modulator control section 102 which increases the intensity of the laser beam emitted by a laser irradiation means with a decrease in the pulse length of the recording pulse trains and corrects the pulse length of the laser beam. |
