PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the concreteness of a sentence and a document and to present a sentence and a document which are lacking in concreteness to an operator. SOLUTION: A feature of a sentence (e.g. a predicate is 'go') and 5W1H (e.g. 'WHERE') which should not be lacking since the sentence having the feature is concrete, and a concrete score (e.g. -10) when it is lacking are described in a 5W1H reference dictionary 202a. Further, which of 5W1H one phrase corresponds to (e.g. 'case'='WHERE') is prepared as a phrase decision rule 202b. The total of concrete scores of respective sentences is divided by the number of the sentences to obtain a score showing the concreteness of the document and when the score is less than a specific value set in a target score setting part 203, an improvement and recommendation part 204 indicates to the operator that the document is lacking in concreteness, the contents are lacking in concreteness, etc. |
