PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a food physical distribution system capable of holding hygiene of foods at a high level. SOLUTION: A transportation vehicle having a food storage part, one or a plurality of kinds of sensors in the food storage part, a controller recording the data related to numerical values detected by the sensors as digital data, and a recording medium storing the digital data is developed. This transportation vehicle communicates with a management control computer at a central monitoring center by radio. The management control computer receiving a part or all of the digital data returns alarm data to the transportation vehicle based on predetermined judgement logic.
