PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system having a function for checking whether or not a designated class group in data has an ANDOR structure. SOLUTION: This system processes data having a data structure being a STEP standard including the ANDOR structure and is provided with a check table which previously makes all classes in the STEP structure including the ANDOR structure have class numbers and holds succession relation, ONEOF relation and AND relation among the all classes by the class numbers, and an API 14 for checking whether or not all of the classes of data to be processed have the succession relation, the ONEOF relation and the AND relation on the basis of the table information of the check table at the time of processing the data having the data structure of the STEP structure including the ANDOR structure.
