摘要 The system is used in emergency and safety works, in ecology and environmental protection, and in criminal persecution. It can observe objects under water, regardless of their sizes volume and depth in real time without any additional sources of light and for unlimited time until results are produced. The system enables to observe the dynamics of any emergency situations under water remotely controlled on a monitor in order to carry out their analysis, monitoring and elimination with additional facility for recording in real time. The system consists of a monitor (1) to which, by means of a low frequency coaxial cable, a special video camera (3) is connected, supplied with infrared light emitting diodes (4) for under water observation with sensitivity of 0 Lux. The video camera (3) is fitted to a pivotally connected head (5), which, by means of a dismantable flange (6) in the first embodiment, is connected to a mechanical telescopic hand (7) (for observation up to 7 m in depth), and in a second embodiment - by a telecontrolled carrier (13), driven by electric motors in the water area (for observation up to 30 m of depth). The electric supply of the system is by a transportable supply unit (9) which can be recharged periodically. The observation at a depth up to 7 m is manually controlled, with a facility for moving the video camera along the vertical from 0 to 90 degrees, and from 0 to 360 degrees along the horizontal. Observation to a depth up to 30 m is effected by a transportable board, connected by cable connections, for controlling the telecontrolled carrier in the water medium, with a facility for moving the video camera from 0 to 180 degrees along the vertical, and from 0 to 360 degrees along the horizontal. 3 claims, 2 figures
