The invention concerns a frequency transposition device comprising a differential transducer unit (BTC) for converting an input signal into a differential current and including a differential stage with two transistors (Q1, Q2), and a current switching circuit (COM) controlled by a local oscillator signal and connected between the transducer circuit differential stage and the device output. The transducer unit (BTC) comprises a differential current mirror (Q30, Q50, Q40, Q60) connected between the transmitters of the transistors (Q1, Q2) of the differential stage and the current switching circuit (COM), a first pair of transistors (Q40, Q60) of the current mirror forming with the two transistors (Q1, Q2) of the differential stage two amplifiers, the collector of each transistor of the differential stage being polarised by a constant current source (SI1, SI2) connected between the collector and a terminal powering the device. |
