ND-FE-B MAGNET PLATED WITH TIN OF MULTI LAYERS HAVING GOOD CORROSION RESISTANCE

摘要

PURPOSE: A Nd-Fe-B made magnet plated with tin of multi layers is provided to improve its corrosion resistance, and uniform adhesion and contact properties without deteriorating the magnetic force thereof by virtue of the tin layers. CONSTITUTION: The Nd-Fe-B made magnet is plated with tin of multi layers comprising: a lower semi-lustrous tin plating layer having a thickness of 5 to 15 micrometers on the surface of the magnet; an electroless tin plating layer having a thickness of 4 to 18 micrometers on the lower semi-lustrous tin plating player; and an upper lustrous tin plating layer having a thickness of 4 to 12micrometers on the electroless tin plating layer.
