PURPOSE: A control valve structure is provided to reduce the static friction force applied to a contact area by a fluid by reducing the contacting area between a spool and a sleeve, thereby restraining the generation of abnormal vibration of the spool to stabilize the spool motion in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A control valve structure includes a spool(1) movably received in a valve housing, a sleeve(2) having an inner surface for surface-contacting an end surface(1bg) of the spool via a fluid when the spool moves in one direction by an external force, and a static friction force reducing element for reducing the static friction force applied by the fluid to the spool when the end surface of the spool is separated from the inner surface of the sleeve, wherein the static friction force reducing element is to be a groove(1bi) of the end surface of the spool.
