<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a registered supporter capable of arriving a requested place as soon as possible for dispatch by registering supporter applicants applying in response to a collection of supporter, and grasping a present position of each registered supporter when a support action is requested. SOLUTION: A volunteer collecting and dispatching server 11 stores the information of applicants in a volunteer applicant file per each volunteer applicant applying in response to the collection of volunteer. When the support action is requested, the present position information of portable terminals 3 held by the registered volunteer applicants is obtained, and the position information of the requested place is obtained. After selecting the registered volunteer near the requested place on the basis of the position information, participation or not is inquired to the portable terminal 3 corresponding to the registered volunteer, and the registered volunteer for dispatch is decided on the basis of a replay of participation or not sent from the portable terminal 3 of the inquiry destination.</p> |
