PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the work at acceptance, inspection, and collation on the side of an orderer and reduce work man-hours (to reduce unnecessary time and labor also taken on the side of a dealer). SOLUTION: When an order is issued from the orderer to the dealer, the order information inputted from an order issuing terminal 11 is automatically transmitted and registered in an order accepting system 21 via a network 100. When installment deliveries for one or more orders from the dealer to the orderer are performed in a shipping unit in lump, the shipping information for the shipping unit inputted from a shipping terminal 23 is transmitted automatically and registered to a delivery management system 12 via the network 100. Processes on the confirmation of the acceptance a the delivery from the dealer to the orderer, the inspection of an product accepted, and the collation on the accepted product are performed in the shipping unit in a lump, by using the screens displayed on an accepting terminal 13, an inspecting terminal 14, and a collating terminal 15, based on the shipping information registered in this delivery management system 12. |
