SOLUTION: The computer 1 for the price information data center provided with an input part 11, an output part 12 and a memory part 13 has a function for calculating the building admeasurement correction factor of the inputted case data, a function for calculating the area correction factor among land individual main factors and a function 14 for calculating the difference factor from road rating data. |
