A method for preparing a herb medicine hair restorer composition comprises the steps of washing Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg, Cnidium officinale, Astragali Radix, Gastrodia elata Blume, Cacumen Biotae, Leonurus sibiricus L., insam (ginseng), Sophora Flavescens, Citrus unshiu MARKOVICH., pomegranate, Punica granatum Linne, citron, Eclipta prostrata, red-bean, Glycyrrhizae Radix, dandelion, tangerine, Mori semen, Ligustrum lucidum Aiton, Lithospermum erythrorhizon SIEB., and coffee bean; distilling it; filtering it; and packaging the filtered one.
