PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly separate a controlled power supply from a control power supply, when an overvoltage detecting circuit operates. SOLUTION: An FETQ5 is inserted between the control power supply 318 and a DC-voltage stabilizer 302, in order to prevent the breakdown of a main control semiconductor element of the DC-voltage stabilizer 302. A rush current limiting circuit 303, composed of a capacitor C6 and resistors R7, R8, is added to the FETQ5, and an anode of a thyristor SL16 is connected to one end of the capacitor C6 and a cathode of a thyristor SL16 is connected to the other end of the capacitor C6. Photocouplers RL15a, RL15b are used as a means for transferring the overvoltage signal of an overvoltage detecting circuit 304 for the gate of the thyristor SL16.
