PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method and a communication terminal by which a receiver side can output an easy to see image without the need for increasing the number of sheets. SOLUTION: The transmitter side communication terminal of this invention reads an original and transmits a front side image with a 1st magnification and a rear side image with a 2nd magnification resulting from magnifying the front side image to a receiver side communication terminal, and the receiver side prints out the front side image with the 1st magnification on the front side of paper and the rear side image magnified at the 2nd magnification on the rear side of the paper. Since the front side image with the 1st magnification is printed on the front side of the paper and the rear side image resulting from magnifying the front side image at the 2nd magnification is printed on the rear side of the paper, even when the size of the front side image is small, a user can reference the magnified image on the rear side and the user can easily view small-sized characters and drawings or the like.
