PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a receiving apparatus which reduces a circuit scale and which can enhance an error correction capability. SOLUTION: The receiving apparatus is constituted to be provided with a modulation-system judgment 61 which judges a modulation system in units of bursts on the basis of the known series of a received signal, a soft judgment 62 which soft-judges the received signal on the basis of the judged modulation system, a soft-judged-value change control unit 63 which controls the soft judged value so as to be corrected when an error exists in a past-modulation system judged in a period not changing the modulation system, a soft-judged-value storage part 64 which stores the soft judged value to be output from the part 62 and which corrects the soft judged value according to the control of the part 63, a deinterleaving part 16 which performs a deinterleave processing operation with reference to the stored soft judged value and a decoding part 17 which decodes the soft judged value after the deinterleave processing operation.
