An outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to prevent damage to a connection pipeline by forming a curved part rounded inwardly on its body, and then contacting it with the connection pipeline or a wire. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a connection pipeline connected to a compressor(17) inside or an indoor heat exchanger(15); and a pipeline cover into which the connection pipeline penetrates. The pipeline cover comprises a body forming an outer shape; a cutting part into which a pipeline penetrates, detachable from the pipeline cover, in order to pass through the pipeline, formed on the body; and a cut-out part representing the cutting part. A curved part rounded directing to the compressor is formed on the body adjacent to the cutting part.
