PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector incorporating an electronic component of a simple structure, excellent in assembling property and connection reliability. SOLUTION: The connector incorporating an electronic component is fixed to an electric connection terminal 2 provided with a chip electronic component 9 equipped with a pair of electrodes 13a, 13b at both ends, a connection terminal 7 with its rear end part electrically connected with one electrode 13b of the chip electronic component 9 and its tip part connected with an outer board, and an insertion-coupling terminal 5 with its rear end part electrically connected with the other electrode 13a of the chip electronic component 9 and its tip part insertion-coupled with a mating terminal of a mating connector. At either side of the connection terminal 7 or the insertion-coupling terminal 5 of the electric connection binder 2, it is preferable to form a bent part 19 bending almost at right angles either the connection terminal 7 or the insertion-coupling terminal 5.
