PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk disposal implement which is handily and safely usable by anyone in general offices, homes, etc., and has versatility. SOLUTION: This optical disk disposal implement is constituted by providing an inner side of a lever body consisting of a first lever and second lever turnable connected to each other with a disk positioning means 3 for positioning the optical disk 14 and reading suppression imparting means 7 and 8 for imparting reading suppression portions 30 onto a data management region 18 on the reading surface 14 side of the optical disk 14, opening the first lever 1 and the second lever 2, inserting the optical disk 14 between both levers 1 and 2, positioning the optical disk 14 by the disk positioning means 3, closing the first lever 1 and the second lever 2 to grasp the optical disk 14 to the inner side of the lever body and imparting the reading suppression portions 20 onto the data management region 18 of the optical disk 14 by the reading suppression imparting means 7 and 8.
