A method and an apparatus for providing a service adding a speaker in a video call among multi users are provided to select connection permission of existing video call users when new video call is requested while performing the video call among multi users. A service providing device recognizes clearly the attempt to video call connection in a state in which a video call channel among A terminal, B terminal and N terminal is allocated(S410). The service providing device produces a selection menu about the video call connection permission of M terminal. The generated selection menu is transmitted to the terminal through MSC(S420). The service providing device receives selection data including one of connection permission or refusal(S430). If so, the service providing device allocates video call channel to the M terminal(S450).
