An integral skin polyurethane foam composition is provided to ensure excellent durability and hydrolysis resistance due to excellent chemical bond. An integral skin polyurethane foam composition comprises a polyol component, an isocyanate component and a foaming agent, wherein the NCO content of the isocyanate component is 28~30 wt%. The isocyanate component comprises a methylene diphenyl diisocyanate indicated as the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, n is an integer of 0-10. The isocyanate component comprises a methylene diphenyl diisocyanate monomer 40~90 wt%, and a methylene diphenyl diisocyanate polymer 10~60 wt% and polyether polyol 2~20 wt%. The viscosity of the isocyanate component at 25°C is 50~150 cps.
