PURPOSE: A device for displaying residual quantity of battery with resistance divider is provided to display a residual quantity of a battery through a simple circuit by using a resistance divider. CONSTITUTION: A resistance divider unit(100) receives a power from a battery(1) and outputs a voltage level corresponding to the power. An MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(200) receives the voltage level from the resistance divider unit(100), converts the voltage level into a digital value, applies the digital value to an established table, and outputs a display level control signal. A display unit(300) receives the display level control signal from the MSM(200) and displays a residual quantity of the battery(1) corresponding to the display level control signal.
