PURPOSE: A hall sensor-less DC(direct current) motor is provided to detect a rotation rate and a position of a motor minutely by detecting an induction voltage generated in a motor rotation. CONSTITUTION: A position detection comparator(2) consists of a voltage comparator(comp1, comp2, comp3) of each phase and a position detection analysis circuit, and compares a central point(CE) signal of each phase with an armature coil signal of each phase. A motor driving operation circuit(4) is under a feedback control for controlling the motor in accordance with the analysis result. A motor driving circuit(1) consists of an output transistor control circuit and a plurality of transistor(TR1-TR6), and performs the feedback control to control a three phase motor(M).
