摘要 |
PURPOSE: A highly heat-insulating ceramic nozzle used for blower of blast furnace into which high temperature gas flows, is provided to improve energy efficiency of blast furnace, durability of blower and heat insulation effect. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of ceramic nozzle is as follows: mixing raw materials such as 84-90wt.% of Al2O3(< 1 micrometer size), 1-2wt.% of ZrO2(about 1 micrometer), 4-10wt.% of Cr2O3(0.1-1 micrometer), 2-5wt.% of TiO2, 2-3wt.% of SiO2(about 1micrometer), and a dispersant, an antifoaming agent, a binder and a lubricant; granulating; forming to a cylindrical shape; sintering at 1400-1700deg.C for 3-5hrs. The resultant nozzle has high thermal shock resistance and abrasion resistance.
