摘要 The invention relates to a process for controlling the transmission ratio change in a transmission device, particularly in an automatic transmission device with multiple ratios. According to the invention, the transmission device used for the application of the process for controlling the transmision ratio change, comprises an inlet planetary wheel (9) and an outlet planet wheel carrier (13) which are in direct drive through a clutch (18) tightened by counterweights (29) and a spring (34). If the tightening is not enough for the transmitted torque, the crown (8) is slowed down then stopped, through a free wheel (16) while an axial force (Pac) generated by the helical toothing disconnects the clutch (18). Then the device operates as a reducer. In order to accelerate this process, a pilot unit (152) detects the moment when the clutch (18) starts slipping and activates a drive assembly (44 and 46), acting for servicing the clutch (18) before the occurence of the toothing forces. In other embodiments of the invention the pilot unit (152) controls the ratio change by sequential forces when at least two clutches have to be operated in a quasi-simultaneous manner. The present invention is used for improving the comfort, optimizing the reliability and reducing the wear in a mechanical transmission.
