SOLUTION: The system includes a means for selecting two-dimensionally coded information 4 for selecting information to be two-dimensionally coded on the basis of a predetermined standard out of information inputted and transmitted from terminal side equipment 1 of a terminal side computer system A to a server side computer system B having a function of creating the two-dimensional code and being connectable with the terminal side computer system A through a communication line 2, a means for creating a two-dimensional code 5 for converting predetermined information including information selected by the means for selecting two-dimensionally coded information 4 into the two-dimensional code, a means for creating a transmitting display 8 for creating a transmitting display including a two-dimensionally coded image created by the means for creating a two-dimensional code 5 and predetermined information determined in advance, and a transmitting means for transmitting the transmitting display created by the means for creating a transmitting display 8 through the communication line 2 to the predetermined terminal side equipment.
