<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of image visibility, device durability, accuracy and miniaturization, power consumption, etc., in information equipment having the conventional resistance film type and optical pen-based input function. SOLUTION: In this information equipment having the pen-based input function, both an EL element and a photoelectric transducer are arranged in a pixel of a display device, and information is inputted by inputting light to the photoelectric transducer with a pen whose pen point emits light. Thus, it is possible to obtain the information equipment which does not damage the luminance of a display image, displays a clear image, is excellent in durability, can be made small, is accurate and has the pen-based input function.</p> |
