PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual recruiting method and a system improvement method for analyzing an insurance system operation condition by means of a computer and optimizing the insurance system according to the analysis. SOLUTION: An analysis parameter computing part 2 computes a parameter necessary for analyzing the insurance system, a system analyzing part 3 analyzes an operation condition of the insurance system on the basis of the computed parameter, an individual proposing part 4 proposes an individual recruiting method to an insurance applicant on the basis of the analysis result for optimizing the insurance system, and a proposal document forming part 7 forms an insurance proposal document for the applicant on the basis of a necessary insurance amount for the applicant calculated by a separate necessary insurance amount computing part 6 and an individual recruiting method proposal proposed by the individual proposing part 4. If the result of analysis by means of the system analyzing part 3 determines that risk of the insurance system operation condition is not high, a system improvement proposing part 5 presents an improvement proposal of the system separately from the individual recruiting method. |
