PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method of evaluating an environmental load of products capable of quickly and easily evaluating the environmental load. SOLUTION: A life cycle of an industrial product is divided into a raw material supply stage S1, a manufacturing stage S2, a distribution stage S3, a usage stage S4, and an EL stage S5A. The EL stage is divided into six patterns P1-P6 of reclamation or burning, parts recycle, material regeneration, monomer regeneration and energy recovery for modeling. This environmental load evaluating device is provided with a computing means 10 for computing a discharge quantity of the environmental load material per each stage and each pattern and for computing a total of the discharge quantity of the environmental load material of each stage and an output means 20 for outputting a result of each processing. |
