PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide maintenance/operation information of a corresponding voice/image easily and properly from text type maintenance/operation information. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a text file 23 wherein the text type maintenance/operation information is memorized corresponding to retrieval condition information, and an image file 24 wherein image information related to the information memorized in the text file 23 is memorized in relation to the text type maintenance/operation information. When provision of related information is required from a computer terminal 3-1 while the computer terminal 3-1 receives provision of the text type maintenance/operation information, a train inspection information database 2 takes out the corresponding image information from the image file 24 and provides the computer terminal 3-1 with the information.
