PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate a process for controlling an internal component of a plant by using a web base interactive database. SOLUTION: This system captures all indispensable information, and provide the newest information in an on-line system in response to a request. The system provides a customer with valuable information in order to analyze a problem peculiar to the plant, and presents an inspection method, a reduction method, and a process for solving the problem. |
