ENTRANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ENTRANCE MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient and safe system using a cellular phone for the distribution of entrance tickets and the verification of propriety in the ticket examination. SOLUTION: This entrance management system comprises a portable terminal having a voice composing function for voice data of a prescribed form and a nonvolatile memory for storing the voice data formed by modulating the information as an entrance ticket in a fixed rule; and an entrance examining device equipped with a microphone for collecting the sounds regenerated by the voice composing function of the portable terminal, an entrance voice signal processing part for decoding the original data from the collected voice signal, and a determination processing part for determining whether a visitor is passable or not on the basis of the decoded data. This system is characterized by performing the entrance check by voice-regenerating the entrance data by the portable terminal.
