发明名称 LAMINATED RESONATOR DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonator conductor which is low in electric resistance, improved in high-frequency characteristics, further reduced in size, hardly deformed, and can be kept high in positional accuracy as designed. SOLUTION: A resonator conductor 22 is arranged on a sintered dielectric ceramic board 20, and the surface of the board where the resonator conductor 22 is formed is covered with a dielectric material 24 different from that of the ceramic board 20. The dielectric material 24 is formed into a film or a sheet, the dielectric material sheets 24 are laminated so as to interpose input/ output conductors 26 between the dielectric material sheets 24. Lastly, all the external surface of a chip is covered with an external conductor 28, and island- shaped input/output electrodes 29 are provided so as to be connected to the input/output conductors 26. The resonator conductor is formed of thick conductor film made by plating.
