PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irregular color correcting device and an electronic camera capable of perfectly removing irregular colors caused by optical aberration or the temperature distribution of an imaging device without making the device complicated and expensive. SOLUTION: A gain table 28 stores a gain for correcting the irregular colors of an imaging signal occurring corresponding to the optical characteristic of a lens system 10 as a function or the several pixels of the imaging device 14 as a unit. An offset table 22 stores an offset for correcting the irregular colors of the imaging signal occurring corresponding to the electrical characteristic of the device 14 as a function or the several pixels of the imaging device 14 as a unit. A gain calculation part 30 reads a gain from the gain table 28 to calculate a required correcting quantity and an offset calculation part 24 reads offset from the table 24 to calculate the required correcting quantity.
