PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheet material from insufficiency of filling up density when rolling the sheet material made of a base material on which, active material and dielectric paste are coated. SOLUTION: For the rolling method, pressing the sheet material 6, composed of a coated film 8 which is formed by coating a coating material on a base material 7 and drying it, by a roll 14 with double layer structure composed of a metal roll 5, a resin 3, and a metal 4, the sheet material 6 is rolled by the roll with double layer structure of which, at least the surface side is composed of a metal 4, and core side is composed of a resin with the Shore D hardness ranging between 30 deg. or more and 100 deg. or less. |
