PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of inadvertently inserting a smaller sized plate memory into a slot which is provided to insert larger sized media such as a CD, an MD and a cassette tape or the like. SOLUTION: A CD port 6 is arranged on a main body front panel 2A of an on-vehicle audio equipment. A memory slot 7 is also arranged on the panel 2A to insert a plate shaped memory which is a smaller medium than a CD. These slots are arranged so that respective extension lines L1 and L2 are crossing with each other and the insertion angles of the media along their longitudinal directions are made different. Moreover, a movable front panel 3 is provided as an open-close cover section so that the slots 6 and 7 are hidden. Thus, when the medium is to be inserted, a user must make an operation to open the panel 3.
