The invention relates to a collector of floating residue oils, mounted in the fore wall of a ship, meant for absorbing an accidentally overflown hydrocarbon film on the water surface. According to the invention, the collector comprises a floating body (1) provided with a slot (2) and secured to a mobile guiding arm (3) which continues by means of a universal joint (4) with a fixed guiding arm (5) welded onto the fore wall of a ship. The mobile guiding arm (3) is provided with some metal supports (15), allowing it to follow the shape of the waves. A corrugated absorbing tube (7) made of plastic is secured under the guiding arms (3 and 5) by means of some collars (8), said tube (7) transporting the residue oils from the floating body (1) to the electric pump-chamber (9), the centrifugal separator (11) and the settling tank (13) of the ship having a tank-collector of residue oils.
