APPARATUS FOR SAMPLING AND TRANSFERRING SAMPLE OF HOT METAL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for sampling and transferring sample of hot metal is provided to promptly perform action of the blast furnace operation, reduce load of workers and prevent safety accidents such as explosion by automatically manufacturing hot metal sample and transferring the manufactured hot metal sample to an analysis room. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for sampling a sample of hot metal iron that is tapped through an iron notch and flows along a main iron through and transferring the sampled sample to an ingredient analysis room, the apparatus for sampling and transferring sample of hot metal comprises a fixed part which is fixed with spaced apart from the main iron through; a table(10B) which is installed on the fixed part so that the table is ascended or descended; an extension frame which is extended from the table to a position adjacent to the main iron through; an elastic member which is installed on the extension frame so that a length of the elastic member is expanded or contracted; and a guide rod(40A) which is coupled to the end part of the elastic member by a hinge, and in which a hot metal sampling member is installed at the free end part, wherein the elastic member is extended to a sampler installed at a cover(2) of the main iron through so that the hot metal sapling member samples a sample of the hot metal iron tapped from the iron notch by vertical movements of the table(10B) in the state that the guide rod(40A) is hung on the end part of the elastic member with the guide rod being directed to the sampler.
