PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the processed works to be effectively and adequately replaced with the unprocessed works in a planetary gear lapping machine. SOLUTION: A gateway 7 through which a carrier 4 is carried in or out is provided on the circumferential wall of the internal gear 6 of a lapping machine, and the gateway 7 is freely closed by a dividing piece 6B. When the carrier 4 is carried in or out, a guide plate 22 is introduced into the gateway 7, and the carrier 4 is made to slide on the guide plate 22. Therefore, a large number of works W housed in the opening of the carrier 4 can be collectively carried out or in together with the carrier 4 without making the works fall off from the carrier 4.
