PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust core which has high permittivity and low iron loss. SOLUTION: A temperature different ΔTx of a supercooled liquid is represented by the equation ΔTx=Tx-Tg (where Tx is the crystallization start temperature, Tg is the glass transition temperature), a temperature difference ΔTx is 20K or higher, an adhesive agent of silicone elastomer, a lubricant of aluminum stearate, and silane coupling agent are added to the powder of metallic glass which contains elements X composed of Al and/or Ga, elements Q composed of one or more elements selected from among P, C, Si, and B, and Fe and has a structure whose main phase is amorphous, and the mixture is solidified and molded into a dust core. |
