The invention relates to the processes for water purification from cuprum ions and hexavalent chromium with the aid of microorganisms with their further extraction by magnetic separation by joining of magnetite nanoparticles to microorganisms and can be used in water conditioning on enterprises of food, microbiological and other branches of industry. In the process for wastewater purification from ions of heavy metals with the aid of yeasts and the adding to the solution of metal nozzle in the external constant magnet field made for removal of, yeast sorbing ions of heavy metals, using particles of nanomagnetite, the optimal quantity of which ranges within the ratio of yeast and magnetite from 5:1 to 30:1. The technical result consists in that for removal of yeast, sorbing ions of heavy metals, the optimal quantity of magnetite is determined, necessary for effective removal of yeast by method of magnet separation, which has been carried out by direct observation of sedimentation of yeast cells, sorbing submicron particles of magnetite to spherical ferromagnetic element in external constant magnet field. |
