摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of heat generated by diverting a charging current to a cell shunt in a cell shunt circuit which is provided to prevent overcharging of respective cells, in an lithium ion battery for mass constant-current charging to a plurality of lithium ion battery cells connected in series. SOLUTION: This cell shunt circuit for a battery cell includes an energy- holding means which is formed so as to bypass the charging current to the battery cell to be inputted into a battery cell provided in the subsequent stage of the battery cell, and preserves excess energy obtained from a bypassed charging current, and regenerates the excess energy on a mass charging line, and a switching device inserted, so as to open/close a bypass path by the energy- holding means, and the energy-holding means regenerates the excess energy on the mass charging line, when the switching device opens the bypass path.
