PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management system enabling a reserved facility to be utilized, without a delay from a reserved time in a multi-facility area and simplifying paying method of facility utilization charges. SOLUTION: A facility management device 10 transmits the approaches of the reserved time to a portable device 80 held by a facility user via a relay station 60, then specifies the present position of the facility user from the identifier of the relay station 60 which could transmits to the portable device 80, and guides it to the reserved facility at a shortest distance. A facility terminal 40 is installed at each facility, to record the amount of money to be paid by the facility user, after utilizing the facility for each identifier of the portable device 80 held by the facility user, thereby the charge can be paid in a lump sum at an outlet terminal 30. |
