PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a page address specification system which can easily access an information page having been moved even when the information page is moved. SOLUTION: An identification code is inputted through an information terminal such as a portable telephone 30 connected to the Internet 1. A conversion server 11 obtains a page address which is made to correspond to the identification code by performing retrieval from a conversion table held on a magnetic disk 12 and presents it as an access request destination of the portable telephone 30. The portable telephone 30 accesses the information page positioned at the page address. When the page address of the information page is changed, an update part 15 updates the conversion table so that the identification code corresponding to the page address before the change corresponds to the page address after the change. Consequently, only the identification code is only inputted through the portable telephone 30.
