PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably generate a lattice by avoiding a failure in tetrahedral lattice generation due to the deadlock for tetrahedral element cutting out in a method using an advancing front method that generates a tetrahedral lattice by three- dimensional Delaunay division. SOLUTION: A data processor 1 for cutting out a tetrahedral element is provided with a means 4 for reading the data of an analysis area storing part 11 and generating a triangular lattice and a cutting out means 6 for allowing a virtual tetrahedral element in which four vertexes are located on the same plane as well as an initializing means 5 for registering the data in an unprocessed trigonal face storing part 13. Thus, the deadlock at the time of cutting out the tetrahedral element can be avoided. A lattice eliminating means 7 in the vicinity of a virtual tetrahedron and a tetrahedral element cutting out means 8 that does not use the virtual tetrahedron are subsequently combined to eliminate the virtual tetrahedron and lattices in the neighborhood of the virtual tetrahedron and the lattices in its elimination area are locally re-covered.
